This Privacy Notice is prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform visitors and customers of the defua.co website about how Defua processes their personal data.

We process your full name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order and payment history, account information (passwords are stored encrypted, never in plain text), and the name/text you provide for personalized products.

Your data is processed to carry out orders and payments, manufacture and deliver products, issue e-Archive invoices, respond to customer support requests, comply with legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, send campaign/newsletter communications.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be shared with iyzico to process payment, our e-Archive invoicing provider for billing, our contracted courier for delivery, our email infrastructure provider for communication, and the hosting/database providers we use — each strictly to the extent needed for that purpose.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, such as when you place an order, create an account, or submit a contact form. Processing is based on necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests.

Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction of your data; request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties your data was transferred to; and object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems.
